Common AREA Maintenance has a strong commitment to hosting low-cost or free community events that uplift and support marginalized communities, align with our values, and contribute to a culture of care, equity, and collaboration.

SLIDING SCALE FEE $50 - $2,000
We offer our space at a sliding scale cost because of our commitment to accessibility and our belief that money should not be a barrier to accessing art and performance spaces. At the same time, hosting the average event costs approximately $350 - $800 in CAM’s volunteer labor, time and resources. Any donation above $800 helps support other under-resourced programs.
Your donation allows us to sustain our robust programming roster, compensate our volunteers and keep our space accessible for those who need this resource.
If the minimum fee of $50 is a financial burden for you, we offer two programs per month at no cost. Please reach out to programs@camseattle.org to request one of these program slots.
After your program is approved and you have your first planning meeting, please choose an amount between $50 - $2,000 and click the DONATE HERE link to make a one-time payment.
